The peasant culture, mixed to culinary vocation and the goodness of the genuine products, allows those who love the simple things of country life, to rediscover the ancient flavors of the healthy cuisine of madonie.
We will take you inside a Farm that organizes learning paths to suit all ages. The love for the land and its fruits has led to the creation of different pathways for agro-environmental through which you want to transmit that set of values and traditions that distinguish the life of the campaign.
You will follow a learning path by choosing between:
• “The bee honey” : From the fantastic world of the bees
honey and other hive products. Taste and recognition of different types of honey .
• “From grain to bread” : home Preparation of the bread and taste the old hot bread with olive oil (organic), cheese, salt and anchovies.
• “From fruit to jam”: a Collection of organic fruit and transformation steps, # until the filling and preservation.
At the end of the path we will go in the historical centre of Castelbuono, to visit the Museum of the ancient peasant civilization and taste some products typical of the Madonie.
